We are committed to providing you with exceptional service and ensuring that your event is a success. To ensure the smooth operation of our events and the commitment of our clients, we have implemented a cancellation policy that includes a $100 non-refundable security deposit. Please carefully review the details below:

 

Booking Policy

To confirm your reservation and secure our services for your event date and time, a non-refundable security deposit of $100 is required. 

 

Security Deposit

The security deposit is due at the time of booking and will be accredited to your events total. 

The security deposit serves as a commitment from both parties. It ensures that you are serious about using our services for your event, and it allows us to allocate resources, schedule staff, and make necessary preparations.

In the event that you cancel your booking or breach the terms of the agreement, the security deposit will be retained by H & Co. Decorations to cover any associated costs or potential losses.

The security deposit does not cover any additional charges incurred during the event, such as extra decorations, last-minute changes, or damages to the decorations. These charges will be communicated and billed separately.

 

Cancellation Policy

Full Refund: You are eligible for a full refund of your event booking if you decide to cancel at least 30 days prior to the event date, as long as the cancellation meets this time frame.

Final Head Counts: To ensure a seamless experience, we request final head counts no later than 2 weeks (14 days) before the scheduled event date. After this deadline, no reductions in the number of attendees will be accepted, and you will be charged for the originally confirmed head count.

     

    Exceptions

    While the security deposit is non-refundable, we understand that unforeseen emergencies or exceptional circumstances may arise. In such cases, we will evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis and work with you to find a suitable solution.
